Troubleshooting – Cannot place an orderUpdated a year ago
If you are experiencing difficulties with placing your order, please follow the steps below.
• Log into your samvilla.com account (if you do not have an account with us, you will need to create one):
Professional Site: https://pros.samvilla.com/account/register
Consumer Site: https://www.samvilla.com/account/register
• Once you are logged in, click My Account
• Click Address Book (Manage Addresses)
• Add / update both your Billing and Shipping Addresses (please make sure you checkmark Default Billing / Default Shipping for both)
• Save your changes
• Go back to your Shopping Cart and try again
