Troubleshooting – Cannot log inUpdated 2 months ago

If you are attempting to log in on your phone, try logging in on a PC or laptop. If you are attempting to log in on a PC or laptop, sometimes a simple reboot or clearing your cookies/browser history will solve the challenge.  

Try resetting your password:

If you still cannot login, please send us an email with the following information: 

• Are you using a mobile device or computer?  
• What operating system are you using? (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or other) • Where are you stuck at checkout? Please be specific ie. Step 3 or My Cart. 
• What item(s) are in your cart?
• Are you a professional or a consumer?
• What is the email address associated to your account?
• Send a screenshot of the error / issue
