What is Sam Villa’s warranty?Updated 7 months ago

We guarantee your Sam Villa® tool against defects in material and workmanship for 1-year form date of purchase (or the date that you receive your tool if ordered online). 

Warranty Exclusions: Sam Villa’s guarantee is in lieu of all other warranties, including the implied warranty of fitness. The Sam Villa® warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/non-accidental abuse, loss and theft, burnt cords, or service by another company. Sam Villa® shall not be liable for consequential damages or damages by reason of use of this product for other than its intended purpose. Sam Villa® damages shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Sam Villa® will void this warranty. Sam Villa® disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages, for breach of written or implied warranty of an item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 

Our warranty provides specific legal rights; however, you may have additional rights, which vary by respective jurisdiction. As some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation may not apply.
