Sam Villa® Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns work:
1. Quick & Easy Returns
• First 7 Days: Return *most items for a full refund (*except shears and final sale items).
• After 7 Days (up to 30 days): Return for a refund, less a restocking fee ($25 for electrics, $35 for shears).
2. Shears
• Unopened shears: Fully refundable if returned within 7 days.
• Opened shears: Refundable less $35 restocking fee up to 30 days.
3. How to Return
1) Email us at [email protected] to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2) You will receive a digital return link via email. Complete and submit the digital return form.
3) You will receive the return shipping address via email.
3) Ship the item back in its original packaging and condition (return shipping is your responsibility).
4. Refund Details
• Refunds go back to your original payment method (minus any restocking fees or shipping).
• If you used Shop Pay, check with them about their refund policies.
5. A Few Exceptions
• No returns after 30 days.
• Some items cannot be returned if opened:
• Mannequins
• Brushes
• Combs, clips, and hair grips
• Capes
• Promotional items marked final sale
6. Refund Processing Time
• Please allow 7-14 business days for us to process your return once received.
