What is Sam Villa®’s Refund Policy?Updated 5 months ago

For the first 7 days of your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund (this does not apply to shears – see below for more information on shears). You can return for a refund for 8 to 30 days from the date of purchase less a $25.00 return fee for electronics and $35.00 for shears). You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. 

• If your shear is opened, there is a $35 fee to return your shear even if returned within the first 7 days. 

  • The $35 return fee will apply to any shear return after 7 days regardless of if the shear is opened or not. 
  • We will refund the cost of your product (minus any fees) back to the payment method you used to purchase your product. 

• If purchased using our third-party partner, Shop Pay, please contact Shop Pay directly for more information on any refund/service fees they may deduct. 


• A Return Authorization (RA) number is required to return an item for refund. Please send an email to [email protected] to request the RA form link to fill out. 

• Returns must be made within the time limit specified here. 

• Returned products must be in new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials, and accessories (a restocking fee will apply for used product(s)). 

• Items purchased at trade shows, events, or distributors, such as SalonCentric, are unable to be returned to Sam Villa® for refund. Trade show and event sales are final. If you purchased from a distributor, such as SalonCentric, you must contact the distributor for a refund. 

• If your item(s) qualified for free shipping at purchase and is being returned, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from the refund or credit. 

• The return shipping cost shall be covered by the customer and is not refundable. Sam Villa® does not provide return labels for returns for refunds.

• We do not refund shipping charges that were paid on the original order. 

We do not accept returns for refund after 30 days of purchase. 

Some items may not be returned for a refund once opened: 

• Mannequins 

• Brushes & Combs 

• Clips 

• Hair Grips

• Shear Cases 

• Capes 

Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive the package for your return / refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed. If your refund is taking longer than expected, please send us an email or give us a call:
