What is Sam Villa®’s Exchange Policy?Updated 7 months ago
Warranty Information: We guarantee all items against defects in materials or workmanship and will replace any item deemed as defective up to 1 year from the purchase date with proof of purchase.
For the first 7 days of your purchase, you may return the merchandise for an exchange (does not apply to shears – see below for more information on shears). From 8 to 30 days from the date of purchase there is a $25.00 return fee for electrics and $35.00 for shears.
• If your shear is opened, there is a $35 fee to return your shear even if returned within the first 7 days. The $35 return fee will apply to any shear return after 7 days regardless of if the shear is opened or not.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EXCHANGES:
• An RA (Return Authorization) number is required to return an item for exchange. Please send an email to [email protected] to request the RA form link to fill out.
• Returns must be made within the time limit specified here.
• Returned products must be in new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials, and accessories.
• We do not accept customer returns after 30 days of purchase, with the exception of manufacturer default.
Some items may not be returned for an exchange once opened due to hygienic reasons:
• Mannequins
• Brushes & Combs
• Clips
• Hair Grips
• Shear Cases
• Capes
Please allow 7-14 business days after we receive the package for your exchange to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed and your new item has been ordered.
Warranty Exclusions: Sam Villa’s guarantee is in lieu of all other warranties, including the implied warranty of fitness. The Sam Villa® warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/non-accidental abuse, loss and theft, burnt cords, or service by another company. Sam Villa® shall not be liable for consequential damages or damages by reason of use of this product for other than its intended purpose. Sam Villa® damages shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
