Sam Villa® ships throughout the U.S. and to countries worldwide!
International shipments are subject to import fees, duties, and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country, in addition to the brokerage fees and/or Customs Clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient/customer. Sam Villa® has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be and these fees are not included in Sam Villa® pricing or shipping fees.
If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, the customer will be responsible for all taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees and/or shipping charges incurred from the return.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS AND FEES:
• USPS Priority Mail International (typically 6-10 business days. May take up to 35-45 days): Shipping fees are based on package weight
Unfortunately, shipment delays are out of our control. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact your local carrier for more information.
In the scenario that you need to return your International order, we cannot issue the refund until it has been received back at our warehouse.
We do not offer overnight shipping currently.
