How long does it take for a refund to be processed?Updated 2 months ago

All refunds are subject to 7-14 business days for processing time. An email will be sent to you with the refund transaction details once the refund has been processed. 

Important: If you are returning an item for refund, we must receive notification from our warehouse that the item(s) have been received back before we can process the refund. If upon inspection, the condition of the item(s) are not as described (used/opened), a return fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund ($35 for opened/used shears).

Note: Banks typically take 4-5 business days to post refunds to their customer’s credit card accounts. Please refer to your bank for more information if you do not see the refund in your account.
