That being said, we sincerely regret any challenge you have experienced with your order or service and we would love to assist you! At Sam Villa®, we strive to make our customers’ experience hassle free! 

To cancel your order, please send us an email at [email protected] requesting to cancel your order along with the following details: 

• First and Last Name 
• Email Address (associated with your Sam Villa® account) 
• Order # 

If you cancel your order on the same day, we will immediately void/cancel the order and refund your full payment. However, if your order has already shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back at our warehouse and processed. 

Note: If the delivery is refused, the shipping and handling charges to/from our warehouse may be deducted from the refund and at our discretion, a return fee might also be deducted.
